We’re thrilled to share something special brewing behind the counter — Woodstock Cafe is now roasting our own coffee beans!

Our co-owner, Jonathan Bellis, has been hard at work perfecting each roast, bringing even more care and craftsmanship to every cup we serve. By roasting in-house, we’re able to highlight the unique flavors of each origin and ensure every batch is as fresh and flavorful as possible.

We currently offer:
☕ Brazilian – smooth and nutty with a rich body
🌸 Ethiopian – bright, fruity, and floral
🍫 Guatemalan – balanced with chocolate and citrus notes
🌿 House Blend – our signature mix, crafted for everyday sipping
⚡ Espresso – bold, creamy, and full-bodied
💤 Decaf – all the flavor, none of the buzz
